Ketcher 2.1.0 beta

Summary

We are glad to announce that a new version of Ketcher 2.1.0 beta is released.

The main features delivered in this release are migration to React, new drawing tool for simple objects (Circle and Rectangle), and ability to download Ketcher as NPM package. The whole list of changes can be found below.
